Mark is an Operating Partner with an expertise in communications and marketing services.
Mark is the Americas Head of the Strategic Communications practice at FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm. He manages the practice’s operations in the region, drives new business and provides counsel to the firm’s high-profile clients. With more than 20 years of financial, operating and communications experience, Mark has provided strategic counsel on a variety of complex communications challenges. He also has advised numerous private and public companies on communications related to transactional work, including M&As, IPOs, restructurings, corporate governance, and crisis situations.
Mark received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
