Periscope Equity Announces 2025 Team Promotions

Chicago, IL – Periscope Equity, a Chicago-based private equity firm, today announced two key promotions within its investment team, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and commitment to developing a deep and experienced team.

Luke Elder, who joined Periscope as a Vice President in 2022, was promoted to Principal. He has played a critical role across several portfolio companies, including Cybermaxx, eHouse and Sentrics, and as a Principal, will source, evaluate and manage the growth of investments.

Harry Waddoups, who joined Periscope as an Associate in 2022, was promoted to Vice President. He has been a key contributor to multiple portfolio companies, including Praecipio Consulting, MAS Medical, eHouse and Uprise Health. In this new role, Harry will be responsible for deal evaluation and execution as well as implementing value creation strategies.
