Periscope Equity Promotes Alex Friedman to Principal

Chicago – January 9, 2020. Periscope Equity, a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in lower-middle market technology-enabled business services companies, announced today that Alex Friedman has been promoted to Principal.

Since joining the firm in early 2018, Mr. Friedman has led the firm’s business development efforts. He will continue to be responsible for managing deal origination activities and relationships with business owners, executives and intermediaries, as well as participating in thesis development and analysis of potential platforms.
