Power Digital Marketing Acquires Top Growth Marketing Agency, Factorial Digital

Chicago – October 21, 2019.  Power Digital Marketing, Inc. (“Power Digital”) today announced the acquisition of Factorial Digital, Inc. (“Factorial”), a leading and nationally-recognized growth marketing and SEO agency with offices in New York and South Carolina. Factorial’s service offering and team will become fully integrated with Power Digital, a technology-enabled, full-service digital marketing agency that helps brands grow online presence and scale revenue.

Power Digital is recognized for its cross-channel strategies and custom-tailored teams of marketers who service an array of industries in both the B2C and B2B spaces. The acquisition of Factorial represents the joining of two complementary digital agencies with strong core values alignment, creating a bicoastal force for online marketing with the expansion of services and deeper technical horsepower.

Eulas will serve as Power Digital’s Chief Strategy Officer and Dagayev as an Executive Vice President.
