Power Digital Marketing Names Clark Kokich to Board of Directors

Periscope Equity, a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in lower-middle market technology-enabled service and software companies, is pleased to announce that Power Digital Marketing, Inc. (“Power Digital”), an award-winning, tech-enabled digital marketing agency that helps brands expand their online presence and scale revenue, has appointed of Clark Kokich to its board of directors. Kokich is a digital marketing veteran, having worked in the industry for more than 20 years. Kokich was previously the CEO of Razorfish, which was one of the world’s largest interactive media agencies, and currently serves as chairman of the board for LiveRamp, a data integration SaaS company.
